1. What is your shipping method?
For Orders in the U.S. we offer shipping thru USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate price. International Shipping is also thru USPS but shipping price is calculated at check out for international packages. We have a handling time of 3-5 days to drop your purchases at the post office, though this can be quicker dependent on time of year.

2. What if my package is lost?
Once a package is out of our hands and with the shipping carrier it becomes the responsibility of the shipping service. We are a small business and cannot afford to replace lost packages. Contact USPS if your item is lost, stolen, or is damaged by transit, try your local post first for help first. Please reach out to us and we will try to be of help in that process if need. All jewelry purchases are insured thru USPS for the full value of your purchase.
3. My ring / necklace / bracelet broke! Can you fix it?
If your item broke thru no fault of your own because its a defect on our end like a broken clasp
or weak solder join then yes we will try to repair it at no charge.
We strive to construct every piece to last but its possible an error could happen. If your item broke accidentally we can still repair it usually but their will be a fee to do so ie things like breaking chain in half, cracking stones, your pet goat gets a hold of it (yes this really happened once!!)

4. What’s your return policy?
- All Sales are final. We don't generally accept returns so be sure your purchasing the piece you really want. Please know your ring size prior to purchasing so you don't accidentally purchase the wrong size. If you don't know your ring size we highly suggest you purchase a multisizer ring sizer, you can find them in our shop under rings, & they can be used multiple times. Its a great idea to know the sizes of all your fingers so you can choose which ring for which finger, if that makes sense. These are $5 in the shop and ship for free.
5. Do you accept Custom Orders?
Not at this time. We have decided to focus on releases for our Jewelry Collections here on the website. When we have accepted custom slots in the past it took too much time away from new releases. We may open custom spots again in the future in a very limited capacity. Keep an eye out on our instagram page for updates on this.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept all major credit cards thru shop pay and paypal, both of these payment processors offer Pay in 4 options which splits your purchase into 4 separate payments spaced two weeks apart, we think this a great option for people who need a little bit of financing on items over $50.
